The petitioner has tendered a representation dated 03.08.2022 to respondent No.4. The same is yet to be considered. Prior thereto, he had tendered representations dated 03.08.2022, 13.01.2022 and 18.04.2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4 that he would consider these 3 representations of the petitioner together, by following the due procedure laid down in Law and respond to the said representations, by arriving at a decision on or before 31.03.2023.
