The grievance of the petitioner is that, in the State list with regard to O.B.C. caste, caste Malhav is included, whereas in the Central List of O.B.C. caste for the State of Maharashtra instead of Malhav, caste Madhav is included. According to the learned counsel in the State of Maharashtra there is no caste as Madhav.
