The application is filed for condonation of delay of 14 days caused in filing Review Application. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to file Review Application in respect of the Order made by this Court on 20/10/2015. The said order was made in transfer application filed by the wife and one Hindu marriage petition filed by the husband for divorce is transferred from the Court at Kandhar to the Court at Pusad.

Learned counsel for the applicant wants to show that the distance between the place of residence of the wife from Kandhar Court is not 400 Kms. as contended by the wife and it is 121 Kms. He submits that the age of the son of the applicant was not 1 years but it was 2 1⁄2 years. He submits that due to the circumstances, the order needs to be reviewed.

In view of the contentions and the submissions made, there is no scope of review and even if the aforesaid circumstances were in existence, this Court would have allowed the application.

Civil Application stands rejected.
