By this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a limited relief, namely, that their caste claim, which is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee since 21/11/2024, be expedited. 3.

Considering the fact that the Vigilance Cell Report has already been served on the petitioners and the petitioners are required to 4le their reply, we deem it appropriate to direct the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioners within a period of two months from today.
