ORDER :- 1.
Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned AGP for respondents No.1 and 2. Despite service of notice no one else appeared on behalf of respondent No. 3 in this matter. 2.
Present application is filed by the applicant-original claimant seeking condonation of (17) days delay caused in filing the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court in the proceedings under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to condone the meagre delay of (17) days caused in filing the appeal, for reasonable opportunity to claimant to ventilate his grievance for rederessal. Hence, the application for condonation of delay deserves to be allowed.

In sequel, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay caused in filing appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for registration of appeal. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 08-04-2020. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondents-State Authorities.
