The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.01 to decide the application filed by the petitioners under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, after taking into consideration the common judgment and award dated 15.07.2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Latur, in L.A.R. No. 100/1991, unless the same is varied or set aside by a higher Court, on merits and in accordance with law. This process be completed within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks.
