Present application has been filed for condoning the delay of 39 days in preferring review petition in Writ Petition No. 10077/2024. The notices were issued to rest of the respondents. However, they failed to appear. The learned A.G.P. has already waived the notice for respondent nos. 1 to 4. 2.

Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in the application, though the learned A.G.P. strongly opposes the application, we condone the delay.
