Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.01 - State of Maharashtra. None appears on behalf of respondent no.02 though served.

The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.01 to decide the application filed by the petitioners under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, after taking into the common judgment and award dated 18.04.2013 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Latur, in L.A.R. No. 160/2004, unless the same is varied or set aside by a higher Court, on merits and in accordance with law. This process be completed within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks. 03.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
