PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of this Petition, the order of termination, which is subject matter of this Petition, has been withdrawn by Respondent No.2. The fact that the said order of termination is withdrawn is not in dispute.

However, the learned A.G.P. submits that the said order of termination has been withdrawn without prior permission of the Education

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - management submits that the management will forward the proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the Education Officer. We make it clear that as and when the proposal will be received by Respondent No.2, he will be at liberty to consider the same in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of.
