PER COURT :- 1) The petitioner has filed the present petitions for quashment of the orders passed by the Principal District Judge, Beed in Civil Misc. Application Nos. 714/2014 and 715/2014.

The aforesaid applications were filed by the present petitioner invoking provisions under Section 14 of the Arbitration Act challenging the appointment of the Arbitrator appointed in the said matters. Vide the impugned order, the learned District Judge has rejected the request so made, against which the present petitions are filed.

4) In view of the fact that the very purpose of filing the writ petitions seems to have been served, nothing remains to be considered in the present petitions. Both the writ petitions stand disposed of.
