As per directions of this Court, Registrar (Judicial) verified the parties and submitted his report dated 22.11.2022. 4.

Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the dispute out of the court and now they want to withdraw the instant appeal. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as Exh. "A" for the purpose of identification.
