This is an application for stay moved by the appellant-Insurance Company. Initially the stay was granted by this Court vide order dated 30th November, 2016. Accordingly, the Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount, out of which 50% of the amount has also been permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents-original claimants. Hence, in such circumstances, the stay granted by this Court stands confirmed. In view of this, application stands disposed of accordingly.
