Learned Advocate Mrs. Manjusha S. Jagtap-Ware, for the Appellant, places on record a copy of the wireless message issued by the Superintendent of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Central Prison, Aurangabad, and submits that the Appellant died while taking the medical treatment.

Learned APP for the State also submits that, as per the said wireless message issued by the said officer, the Appellant died during the medical treatment.

The Appeal has been filed by the sole-Appellant. In view of the death of the Appellant, the Appeal abates and stands disposed of accordingly.

We quantify fees of the learned Advocate Mrs. Manjusha S. Jagtap-Ware, who was appointed for the Appellant, at Rs.6,000/- [Rupees Six Thousand], to be paid by the High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee Aurangabad.
