The contempt is filed on the ground that proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is not decided by the Respondent-authority within six (6) months as directed vide order dated 18.6.2014 in W.P.No.3769/2014. The affidavit is filed stating that the said proposal has been decided vide order dated 24.12.2014.

In light of that, the Contempt stands purged. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision on the proposal for approval, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same in appropriate proceedings.
