1] The present Civil Application is filed for restoration of First Appeal (stamp) No.25077 of 2023. The same was dismissed by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court for non removal of the office objections.

3] In view of the submissions made, the order passed by the Registrar [Judicial] dated 03.01.2023 is quashed and set aside to the extent of the present applicants and the appeal is restored to its original position. The applicant-appellant is granted six (06) weeks time to remove all office objections.
