The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to delete respondent Nos.10 and 11. Leave granted to delete respondent Nos.10 and 11. Deletion be carried out forthwith. The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 to 6. Mr. G. K. Sontakke, learned counsel appears for the Caveator respondent Nos.7 and 8. Mr. S. R. Zambare, learned counsel appears for respondent No.9.

A short grievance in the petition is that though the revision is filed and pending before the State, the stay application filed by the

908 WP.12770.2024.odt petitioner is not being considered as presently no portfolio is given to any Minister. In absence of the Minister, the Secretary can always look into the proceedings pending before the State. In view of this, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the Secretary to decide the stay application. Hence, the concerned Secretary to decide the stay application filed by the petitioner in Revision No.4172 of 2024 within four weeks from today. The Secretary to take decision on its own merits.

For the period of four weeks or till the stay application is decided, there shall be status-quo as on today in respect of the revenue entries.

It is further directed as far as possible, the main revision itself be decided within six months from today. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of. [ KISHORE C. SANT, J. ] nga
