The Applicant/Petitioner desires that, her application may be decided in the light of prayer clause (B), set out in the Writ Petition. By this Civil Application, she claims that, she has collected sufficient documents to indicate that Respondent No.6 does not belong to 'Bhil' Scheduled Tribe Category. She, as a Complainant before the Committee, now desires to file the documents under Section 7 of the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes,

13302.23ca (2) Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis) Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000.

If law permits, the Petitioner is at liberty to place the documents before the Committee.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application, are disposed off.
