It is a matter of record that the applicant had earlier approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by presenting the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1870 of 2025. After hearing the learned counsel for applicant on 23.10.2025, when this Court expressed disinclination to entertain the application, the learned counsel for applicant sought withdrawal of the application. 3.

Admittedly, the seriousness of the offences and the complicity of the applicant was duly considered by this Court while dealing with earlier bail application. Thereafter, no change in circumstances has been demonstrated before this Court warranting consideration of this application.

In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
