1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent - Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company submits that the applicant was suspended and asked to report at different place.

3] The transfer allowance is directed to be paid to the applicant - workman. Undisputedly, the workmen is directed to report at different place from the Latur, which is 350 Kms away from his working place. During suspension period, the workman would still be entitled to get transfer allowance and other allowance for reporting to the duty far

13878.23CA away from his actual working place during period of suspension.

4] In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

5] Writ Petition No.3722 of 2021 is admitted.
