Though the petitioner has been claiming restoration of the contempt petition no. 375 of 2020 in writ petition no. 12802 of 2018, in-fact, he claims that his petition has been erroneously disposed of having been tagged to a group of contempt petitions which were unconnected, by a common order dated 01-07-2022. 2.

We requested the learned AGP to examine the papers and assist us in ascertaining the fact. Learned AGP after going through the record submits that indeed the petitioner's contempt has been erroneously disposed of when it was unconnected with the group of contempt petitions which were actually disposed of by order dated 01-07-2022.

In view of above, the contempt petition no. 375 of 2020 is treated as still pending.
