The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being the legal representatives of original claimant Mahadev Narsu Shinde. The appeal is filed by these applicants since Mahadev had died on 20.02.2010 i.e. prior to decision of LAR No. 141 of 2011. Thus, at this stage only the permission to prosecute the appeal by the applicants can be granted since they have filed the appeal. As such application is allowed by granting permission to the applicants to prosecute the appeal being the legal representatives Mahadev. Application is accordingly disposed of.
