The amount which is deposited by the petitioner in this court be transferred to the DRT, provided the petitioner furnishes the details of the proceedings which he shall be initiating before the DRT. As a sequel to above, pending civil application stands disposed of. 3.

Needless to clarify, if the petitioner fails to approach before the DRT within a period of four weeks from today, it shall be open for the respondents to apply for withdrawal of the amount alongwith interest accrued, if any.
