Heard Mr Salgare, learned Counsel for petitioner.

Though the petitioner raised grievance of noncompliance of the order of this Court, dated 9th April, 2019, passed in writ petition No. 12782 of 2018, whereby the respondent authority was directed to decide the representation/application of the petitioner claiming compassionate pension, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr Ingole, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2- Commissioner, Nanded-Waghala Municipal Corporation, Nanded that the application/representation of the petitioner is decided on 13th February, 2020 and copy of the order is also forwarded to the petitioner for information.

In view of aforesaid facts, the grievance raised in the petition no more survives. Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, by accepting this position, submitted that the petitioner be permitted to challenge the order.

Needless to state that in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Administration), Nanded-Waghala City Municipal Corporation, Nanded, she is at liberty to challenge this order by availing appropriate legal remedy before the competent forum.

The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
