Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their respective amounts of compensation. The learned counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that exorbitant compensation has been granted by the learned reference court.

In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their respective amounts of compensation to the extent of 75% alongwith the

925withdrawal proportionate accrued interest thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking.

4.

The remaining amounts of 25% be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till the fnal disposal of these appeals.

5.
