Heard Mr. Sontakke, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Ambhore, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5/Insurance Company submits that, as yet the Insurance Company has not received any claim proposal.

Mr. Sontakke, the learned counsel submits that, within a period of one week, the petitioner would submit the proposal with the respondent/Insurance Company.

On receipt of the proposal from the petitioner, the

2 wp 2170.16 respondent/Insurance Company shall take decision upon the said proposal on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of proposal. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
