It is a matter of reimbursement of fees in respect of 25% students admitted by the petitioner-management under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents. The learned counsel Mr. Bagul waives service of notice for respondent no. 1. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent nos. 2 to 4 and the learned counsel Mr. Dheple waives service of notice for respondent no. 5.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of petitioner's proposal independently on its merit and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four (04) weeks from today and if it is found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse it within four (04) weeks thereafter.
