1] The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to challenge 101 certificate before the Registrar of the Co-operative Court under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

2] Leave granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. However, I have not made any observations on merits. Issue of limitation is kept open.
