This is the Application for Suspension of substantive Sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad against the Applicants by the Judgment and order dated 22.09.2025 in Sessions Case No.435/2023.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned APP for the State.

The Applicants have deposited the fine amount. The sentence is of Simple Imprisonment for One (1) Month. Hence, the Sentence imposed by the learned Trial Court is suspended by the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The substantive Sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Sessions Case No.435/2023 vide Judgment and Order dated 22.09.2025 on the Applicants, by name, Hirabai Kishor Salve, Pooja Kishor Salve and Nilesh Suresh Sarode for the offence punishable under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, is suspended during pendency of the Appeal.

(iii) Applicants, by name, Hirabai Kishor Salve, Pooja Kishor Salve and Nilesh Suresh Sarode, be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each, with one surety in the like amount.

(iv) Bail before the Trial Court.
