The Petitioner is aggrieved by disqualification under Section 14(J-1) of Bombay Village Panchayat Act, 1958. 2.
The Petitioner was elected in the year 2015 as a member of Village Panchayat. The term of election has already expired. 3.
Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that in view of Full Bench judgment of this Court in case of Subhash Sajesingh Gavit vs. Returning Officer ZP Nandurar and others, 2019 DGLS(Bom.) 2056, disqualification against the Petitioner cannot sustain.

Since the term of Petitioner has expired no effective relief can be granted in her favour. However, it is made clear that in case the Petitioner faces disqualification for the reasons as given in the order which is subject matter of challenge in this Petition, the observations made by the authority in the impugned order shall not come in her way.
