Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered across the bar compilation of the documents. The same is taken on record without prejudice to the contentions of respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though his grievance relates back to year 2007, nevertheless, thereafter, representations were filed time to time to the respondent - authorities. He invites our attention to one of such representations dated 27-05-2016 addressed to the Education Officer, Parbhani.

Since the representations filed by the petitioner are pending for considerable time, we direct respondent No. 2 to take decision on the said representations, if already not taken, in accordance with law and keeping in view service record of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three months from today. 3.

Needless to observe that before taking decision on said representations, if hearing is required, in that case, petitioner may be called for hearing.

With the above observations, petition stands disposed of. 5.
