1] Heard.

2] Criminal Application No.4628 of 2024 for assist to Public Prosecutor stands allowed.

3] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.326/2024, dated 25.06.2024, registered with Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the

2 31 offences punishable under Sections 420, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

4] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant to show his bonafides has deposited Rs.1,00,000/- today. He also submits that the applicant would voluntarily deposit another Rs.1,00,000/- 5] The learned counsel for Assist to Public Prosecutor also submits that if the applicant deposits Rs.2,00,000/- he would not oppose for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. 6] The learned APP also submits that if the applicant deposits the amount he would not seriously oppose the anticipatory bail application.

7] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would deposit another Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of four (04) weeks from today.

8] In the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :- A] Till the next date, in the event the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.326/2024, dated 25.06.2024, registered with Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, he shall be released on bail on

3 31 furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

B] The applicant shall remain present before the investigating officer as and when required by the investigating officer. C] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.

D] The applicant shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence.

9] Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled.

10] The interim protection is granted till the next date of listing.
