Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the petitioners have filed applications for issuance of tribe certificates in the month of February-2017 the same are pending. The father of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 13208 of 2017 is already issued with the validity certificate and the uncle of the petitioners in other two writ petitions is issued with the validity certificate. 3.

The petitioners are at liberty to produce the said validity certificates before the Authority. The Authority certainly shall consider the validity issued in favour of the family members of the petitioners. The S.D.O. shall decide the said applications expeditiously and preferably within six (6) weeks from today. 4.
