DATED : 21 st January, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] This is an application moved on behalf of the Assistant Commissioner of Labour for extension of time. This court on 1.9.2014 has directed the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Latur to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 29.11.2014.

2] Shri Pavankumar Chavan, Assistant Commissioner of Labour has filed an affidavit. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that

ca729.15 the workers who are to be heard prior to deciding the matter by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour are 321 in number. In that view of the matter, the authority has requested this court for extension for further period of 12 weeks.

3] Looking to the difficulty expressed by the authority, time granted by this court on 12.9.2014 is extended by 12 weeks from 29.11.2014.

4] With these observations, present Civil Application is disposed of.
