Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submitted that though the petition was filed for raising the grievance of noncompliance of order of this Court dated 19.07.2017 in writ petition no.8876 of 2017, post filing the petition the order of this Court dated 19.07.2017 is complied with. As such, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and nothing is survive in the petition.
