After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners when this Court expressed disinclination to grant any relief as the petition is not tenable at all, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Leave granted to withdraw the petition. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners is cautioned, henceforth to take care before bringing such fancy petition before the Court.
