The learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for the respondent informs that now contesting parties have arrived at settlement. 2.

The respondent/s has given up right to use the way on receiving compensation of Rs.10 lakhs. Out of Rs.10 lakhs, the amount of Rs.5 lakhs is already paid vide two DDs of Rs.2.50

(2) 907ra33.25 lakhs each dated 23-05-2025. Today, the applicant/petitioners have handed over two more DDs in favour of respondent No.3 and his wife. The xerox copies of the DD which are handed over to today are taken on record alongwith affidavit, compromise deed and map of the site and marked as 'X' (Colly) for the purpose of convenience.

In view of the settlement the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the review application. 4.

Leave granted.

The review application stands disposed off in view of the compromise.
