Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents submit that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. They have placed on record the compromise deed. They, therefore, request for withdrawal of the writ petition. Compromise deed is taken on record. It is marked 'A'. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn in terms of compromise. No costs.
