It is not disputed that the acquiring body has forwarded the proposal for acquisition of the petitioner's land. 2.

The learned AGP submits that joint measurement has to take place and thereafter process would be undertaken. 3.

The respondents shall undertake the process of acquisition expeditiously and shall issue the notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short "Act of 2013") within a period of six

(06) months and thereafter the acquisition proceeding shall be
