Execution and operation of the award passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaijapur in L.A.R. No.1324/2010 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal, subject to condition that the applicants deposit entire compensation amount with accrued

(2) CA No.13919/2018 interest thereon in this Court, within Twelve (12) weeks from the date of passing of this order. Any default in depositing the amount as directed above, shall result into revocation of the stay order, without reference to this Court.
