Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though settlement has taken place in Lok Adalat on 25th March, 2017, the amount of compensation has not yet been paid. Learned AGP, appears for all respondents.

As per the Government Resolution dated 17.12.2011, payment has to be made within six months of the settlement.
