The petitioner claims that the juniors have been promoted by overlooking his seniority as the Headmaster. His representation addressed to the Education Officer dated 16th June, 2022, is pending. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner by following the due procedure laid down in law and by granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders. 3.

Let there be a reasoned decision by the Education Officer, in the light of the complaint of the petitioner, on or before 28th February, 2023.
