Today, the learned A.G.P. filed affidavit in reply along with copies of documents which include copy of mutation No. 999 and copy of 7/12 extract. The 7/12 extract in respect of which there was the grievance is now created and the entry for which there was objection of burial ground is now deleted. The purpose of the present proceeding is served. So, the proceeding is disposed of.
