This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.2- Prayagbai Kapse. She died on 06-082023. 2.

Legal heirs are shown as respondent No.2-A to 2-C.

In the meantime, this court has already passed the order of abatement on 22-06-2018. Therefore, a prayer is made for setting aside the said order of abatement and also for condonation of delay of more than six years caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed by condoning the delay. 5.

The order of abatement dated 22-06-2018 stands set aside.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
