This Writ Petition pertains to seeking promotion to the posts of Centre Incharge (Kendra Pramukh).

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the requests of these Petitioners can be considered in accordance with the policies, Government Resolutions and the rules applicable, on their own merits.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the Zilla Parishad has initiated the process with regards to filling in the vacancies of Kendra Pramukh, the said procedure shall be
