Heard learned counsel for the parties for quite some length. 2.

After hearing the parties, learned senior advocate Mr. Dhorde, on instructions, resiles to a situation that both the civil revision applications can be disposed of with directions to Wakf Tribunal to dispose of pending suits expeditiously and no decision on interim orders which are attempted to be challenged in the present civil revision applications is required on merits.

In view of the same, civil revision applications stand disposed of with directions to the Wakf Tribunal to proceed with the suit proceedings expeditiously and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 4.

With aforesaid, both the civil revision applications stand disposed of.
