1] Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

2] In the light of that, though Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

3] Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternative remedy. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
