ORDER :- The applicant-State of Maharashtra preferred present application seeking relief of stay to the Judgment and Award passed in LAR No. 546 of 2005. The impugned Judgment and Award passed by learned Reference Court in the month of December, 2009. Thereafter, the appellant - State of Maharashtra preferred the appeal in the year 2011 alongwith an application for condonation of delay. The so-called delay was condoned by this Court. The present appeal is of the year 2016. In view of efflux of colossal period after impugned Judgment and Award passed in the year 2009, there is no propriety to grant any interim relief of stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Award in favour of appellant-State of Maharashtra.
