The proceedings in respect of validation of the caste certificate issued in the name of deceased Jayshri d/o Guruling Padsalge @ Shashikala w/o Kumar Maladi stood abated on her death. It was not necessary for the Committee to proceed further in respect of those proceedings. The decision rendered by the Committee to close the proceedings does not appear to be unreasonable or incorrect. If the petitioner is desirous of securing validation in his name, it would be open for him to tender a proposal in that regard to the Committee in observance of the procedure prescribed in that behalf. No interference is called for. Writ Petition stands rejected.
