An innocuous request is being made by the petitioner who is stated to be 75 years old. He has to approach this court only because he has not been provided with certified copy of the Panchanama by respondent no.5.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no.5the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Paithan, to respond to the petitioner's application dated 19 August 2022 (Exh.I ) received by his office on 19 August, 2022, in accordance with the rules for issuance of certified copies, as early as possible and in any event within two weeks of the petitioner paying necessary charges.
