Respondent Nos.1a to 1f shall be jointly served by substituted mode of service. Provided that, applicant is ready to bare the cost of newspaper publication. They shall be served simultaneously along with Civil Application No.12106 of 2025. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall be treated as 3 and 4 and respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall be treated as legal heirs of respondent No.2.
